Attorney Bernstein founded his law practice in 1994, and has practiced in the Los
Angeles area since the firm's inception. Mr. Bernstein has worked as a volunteer attorney for
the Los Angeles Free Clinic, and as Judge Pro Tem in the Superior Court.

Attorney Nate Bernstein has served as the lead trial counsel in the following cases (which represents a partial list):
Exotics.com LLC v. Maltin, et. al. (defended “cyber madam” in fight over URL registration and theft and domain name licensing dispute);
Varma v. Filley (won summary judgment for $425,000.00 in real estate investment scam, and prosecuted related fraudulent transfer action of transfer of debtor's asset to secure lien on estate);
Long v. Shaw (won 2 trials, appeal, and permanent injunction to preserve 2 million home estate based on forgery committed by client’s spouse and corrupt notary public);
Bharani v. Anchor
UITD v. Nasrolahy Cab case (defended corporate officer in breach of fiduciary case involving corporate cab company corporation);
DBI Housing, LLC v. Plaza Godoy Corp. (prosecuted check cashing fraud case, and defend RICO cross-complaint).
Mr. Bernstein has been
active in the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Beverly Hills Bar
Association, and local Democratic party politics. Mr. Bernstein has lectured to
the Collateral Lender’s Association on bankruptcy and insolvency and
has spoken at programs on Chapter 13 bankruptcy practice, and bankruptcy
appellate practice. A passionate litigator for his clients and their
causes, attorney Bernstein enjoys both pre-trial and trial practice.
Nate is a member of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association and Valley
Beth Shalom (VBS) synagogue, located across the street from his law office. Mr. Bernstein was recently appointed to the Valley Beth Shalom Day School Board of Trustees. On
his spare time, Mr. Bernstein enjoys participating in athletics at the 360 Athletic Club, playing synagogue softball on the VBS Members team, coaching baseball at Encino Little League, coaching soccer at Balboa Park, watching the Angels and the Lakers, building websites, and spending
time with his family.
